The Ayer Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 11th, 2016, at 7 p.m. at Ayer Town Hall, 1 Main Street, Ayer, MA regarding the petition of Thomas Bailey filing a Notice of Intent (NOI), regarding a proposed single family home, near the intersection of Washington St. with Ayer-Groton Rd, in Ayer, MA, with associated driveway, utility connections, grading, and landscaping. The whole property is located within the 100 foot Buffer Zone protected by the Wetlands Protection Act, and the Ayer Wetland Protection Bylaw.  Location: West of the traffic island and south of the power lines at the intersection of Washington St. and Ayer-Groton Rd (Assessors Map: 13, Parcel: 36) Ayer, MA 01432. The public is invited to attend.  Copies of the application may be reviewed at the Conservation Office (978-772-8249) by appointment.
