Planning Board

The Town of Ayer Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at 6:15 PM on Tuesday, April 23, 2019, in the First Floor Meeting Room of Town Hall, 1 Main Street, Ayer, MA 01432 regarding the application from the Town of Ayer, Department of Public Works for the property located at 25 Brook Street. The applicant is seeking a special permit from the Ayer Zoning Bylaw Section 5.2 Table of Use Regulation, Line 2.3, to construct a new garage approximately 83'x50' (4,108 sq. ft.) on site at the existing Department of Public Works property. A concurrent Site Plan Review of the property will take place at this meeting as well.
