The Town of Ayer, Department of Public Works is requesting proposals from qualified companies for assisting the Town in its recycling and solid waste disposal services for its transfer station. The initial contract is for FY 2024 (July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024) with options for FY 2025 and FY 2026.

All proposals must be properly signed, enclosed in an envelope that is sealed and plainly marked on the outside with the proposal name. The proposal shall be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Monday, May 22, 2023.  Late submittals will not be accepted.

The Town of Ayer may cancel this Request for Proposals, or reject, in whole or in part, any and all Proposals, if the Town determines that cancelation or rejection serves the best interests of the Town.
