Town of Ayer

Request for Quote (RFQ)

Willard Street Drain Project

The Town of Ayer is accepting quotes for Willard Street Drain Project. The work is generally described as replacing drainage infrastructure on Willard Street as indicated on the Drawings and Specifications.

Copies of the RFQ package will be available beginning April 22, 2020 from the Town’s web site https://www.ayer.ma.us/bids and will be available until submission deadline. Quotes must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM, Thursday May 7, 2020 to the Ayer DPW Town Engineer via email at dvanschalkwyk@ayer.ma.us  

This project is being procured in accordance with MGL c30 s39M, where an estimated contract amount is between $10,000 and $50,000 procurement can be obtained by a written scope-of-work statement to solicit written responses from no fewer than 3 persons who customarily perform such work. This RFQ shall constitute as the written scope-of-work statement and the written response shall be included on the Quote Form included as Section 00310.

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all quotes as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities.
