The Town of Ayer is accepting sealed bids for Woodlawn Cemetery Maintenance Services. Copies of the Invitation for Bid (IFB) package will be available beginning Monday March 7 2022, from the Town’s web site https://www.ayer.ma.us/bids and will be available until submission deadline. Sealed bids must be submitted no later than 1:00 PM, Thursday March 24, 2022, to the Ayer DPW Director, 25 Brook Street, Ayer, MA, 01432. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Bids will be publicly opened after submission deadline. Per the Governor’s Order to support the Commonwealth’s response to the coronavirus, the bid opening will be closed to the public and live streamed. For access to the live stream, please email Dan Van Schalkwyk at dvanschalkwyk@ayer.ma.us. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities.
