WOODLAWN CEMETERY MAINTENANCE SERVICES

The Town of Ayer is accepting quotes for Maintenance Services for the Woodlawn Cemetery. The project generally consists of procuring cemetery landscape maintenance services subject to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B and as indicated on the Plans and Specifications.

Quotes must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM, Friday June 2nd, 2023, to the Ayer DPW Director via email at dvanschalkwyk@ayer.ma.us.

The contract length is from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024.

This project is being procured in accordance with MGL Chapter 30B. Responses shall be included on the Quote Form included. Minimum wage rates as determined by the Commissioner of Department of Workforce Development under the provisions of M.G.L., Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27D, as amended, apply to this project.

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all quotes as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities.
