Recreation Department Garage

The Town of Ayer, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the Recreation Department Garage at Pirone Park in Ayer, Massachusetts, Ayer Project No. 20PAR01 in accordance with the documents prepared by William Sloan Associates, Architects.

This project consists of the construction of a 28 by 52 foot (1456 SF) concrete slab-on-grade wood frame building for Recreation Department Offices and Equipment.

A Pre-Submission Briefing Session will occur on Wednesday July 31, 2019 at 10:00AM. The briefing will be conducted at the Ayer Public Works Department at 25 Brook Street, Ayer, MA 01432.

General Bids will be received until 08/14/2019 at 1:00 PM and publicly opened, forthwith.

Filed Sub-bids for the trades listed below will be received until 08/07/2019 at 1:00 PM and publicly opened, forthwith.
